Price competitiveness on eBay starts with knowing the real market.
eBay's own signals reward price competitiveness, but "competitive" only means something relative to who else is actually selling the item, on eBay and everywhere else. PriceSentry tracks every competitor you assign, matched by GTIN, whether they're another eBay listing, a dedicated retailer, or a different marketplace entirely.
Register your interestOne price picture across every marketplace
If the same item sells on eBay, Amazon, and a dozen independent stores, PriceSentry tracks all of it under one product record, matched by GTIN, not maintained as separate spreadsheets per channel.
Know when a listing goes stale or out of stock
Every check is logged. Three consecutive failures on a tracked eBay listing trigger an alert instead of quietly going unnoticed, useful for catching when a competitor's listing ends or sells out.
Rules with a margin floor you set once
Beat the lowest tracked price or hold a position. Every rule respects a non-negotiable margin floor, so chasing competitiveness never means pricing at a loss.
Alerts sized to how closely you watch a listing
Instant in-app alerts on price moves, with email frequency configurable per alert type from instant to a monthly digest. Watch your most price-sensitive items closely without noise on the rest.
Frequently asked questions
Does PriceSentry update my eBay listing price automatically?
Not yet via a native eBay connector. Auto-apply rules update the price PriceSentry holds for the product, which you then apply to your live listing. Suggest-only mode with manual review is fully available today.
Can I track competitors on eBay itself?
Yes, any public eBay listing can be assigned as a tracked competitor, matched by GTIN where the listing provides one.
What if a competitor's listing ends?
Repeated failed checks on the same listing trigger an alert rather than silently going stale, so you'll know to reassign or remove it.
